Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Turn off the engine and engage the parking brake.
Step 2: Open the tailgate to access the tail light on your vehicle.
Step 3: To detach the tail light assembly, remove the two screws using a ratchet and an 8mm socket.
Step 4: Pull the tail light assembly out towards the rear to disengage the locator pins from their housing in the rear fender.
Step 5: Remove the three bulb sockets from the tail light housing by turning them counterclockwise and pulling them out.
Step 6: Take the new tail light and insert the sockets into the tail light housing. Turn them clockwise to lock them in place.
Step 7: Put the new tail light assembly back in position, ensuring the studs align with the car body.
Step 8: Screw in the two holding screws to secure the tail light assembly.
